Our firm’s namesake, Dave Gillespie and his partners, built this firm starting in 1967, practicing business, real estate and land development law, and many types of litigation in a community they loved for its ambition, beauty, and simple values.
Today, we’re home to a dozen lawyers sought after for their expertise in personal injury law, estate litigation, general litigation, real estate and land development law, construction disputes, employment and human rights law, and wills and estates.
However, our biggest strength is our clients. We have some of the best clients not just in Kamloops or the Interior, but perhaps in BC.
