We offer students immediate, hands-on involvement in legal work through direct client interaction and collaboration with lawyers and staff, supported by mentoring from both current and retired lawyers. Students join a highly experienced team that averages 21 years of practice and serves a broad range of clients, with additional opportunities available through our close relationship with TRU Law, including moot court participation, mentoring, and sessional teaching. With over 210 years of collective experience, our lawyers provide deep insight across commercial, real estate, and litigation work while continually developing new practice areas.
Our team is collegial and community-minded, active both inside and outside the office, and committed to work-life balance, reflected in the 24 children and 6 grandchildren among our lawyers. We foster connection through regular social events and hire students with the intention of building long-term careers, many of whom stay with us for their entire professional lives.
